PHASE ONE

Concept Design

In the initial stage of a project, we meet with the client to identify their specific goals for the building’s finishing construction. Our primary objective is to align with our client’s vision, so we thoroughly review various interior design options to illustrate the project’s direction.

PHASE TWO

Schematic & Development Design

Next, we’ll create a detailed 3D rendering of the building’s

interior as well as an illustrated floor plan. Only when these

are agreed upon do we go ahead with the remaining

stages of the pre-construction process.

This intensive stage involves creating intricate floor plans, interior elevations, 3D renderings, and detailed specifications for building sections, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. We produce comprehensive measurement drawings, select interior design references, and create high-definition 3D visualizations of each room

PHASE THREE

Construction Development

This process is the final stage before construction begins. We present the client with a detailed cost analysis based on the finalized design and selected finishes.Comprehensive project budgets and timelines are also established to provide a clear roadmap for the upcoming construction phase.
